KeePass 1.33 released

KeePass 1.33 has been released today!

You can get it here: Download KeePass 1.33.

This is a stable release. It is recommended to upgrade from any previous 1.x version to 1.33. KeePass 1.33 is 100% backward compatible with previous versions.

KeePass 1.33 mainly features integration and user interface enhancements, and various other minor new features and improvements.

Hash sums and OpenPGP signatures for integrity checking are available, and program binaries are digitally signed (Authenticode). New translations are available, too.

Changes from 1.32 to 1.33:

• Browser path detection: added support for browsers that register themselves only in the 64-bit registry view (like Firefox 64-bit).

Improvements:

• Improved application and system tray icons.
• Moved advanced tray icon options to a separate group.
• Invalid characters (like control characters) now are filtered out when exporting to an XML file.
• Improved process memory protection for passwords of entries that are displayed in the entry details view of the main window.
• Upgraded to Boost libraries version 1.64.0.
• Various code optimizations.
• Minor other improvements.
